There are some products that are made to order, and we don't provide any refund or exchange policy on certain products.
Once the item is sold, we only accept changes of size. No refund of money will be made. We do issue a credit if that particular size is not available.

We do only size exchanges once for all orders. Once item sold are not taken back.
Only products that are unused, unwashed, and with all the tags and labels in their original packaging will be eligible for exchange.
